Our expertise was enlisted by Siniat (Etex Australia) in Beenleigh, QLD, to address and effectively manage noise pollution emanating from a critical metal manufacturing line. The mission was clear – to Design, Supply, and Install a cutting-edge acoustic wall that would harmonize with their operational needs.
Project Dimensions:
The challenge called for the execution of Design, Supply, and Installation encompassing a 65-meter stretch. A total of 230m2 embraced the lightweight fibre cement/EPS composite noise panels – a solution tailored to meet the unique demands of the metal manufacturing environment.
Acoustic Mastery:
The utilization of the easily deployable and lightweight 100mm thick Guardian Custom AcoustiMax Panel, boasting impressive panel spans of up to 4.2 meters, formed the core of our construction approach. This not only ensured superior noise control but also boasted a user-friendly installation process. The result? A seamlessly integrated solution that efficiently subdued noise pollution, enhancing the operational environment.
Finishing Touch:
Post-installation, our commitment extended to aesthetics. A meticulous two-coat exterior-grade paint system was expertly applied, not only to enhance the visual appeal but also to protect the panels from external elements. This attention to detail ensured a solution that not only functioned with precision but also looked the part.
