Queensland Noisewall was engaged to Design, Supply, and install a 2-meter-high acoustic fence along the bustling Ingenia lifestyle Sanctuary – Victoria Point. Our commitment to the project was transforming the noise into serenity.

Project scope

With the task to install an impeccable acoustic solution, Queensland Noise wall seamlessly integrated both plywood and composite noise barriers, crafting a holistic approach to noise reduction for the Seachange Lifestyle Resort residents. 760m2 of 2400 x 1200 x 27mm structural NiuBarrier plywood panels featuring PVC tongue and groove horizontal joints were used. With a density of approximately 16.2 kg/m2 and manufactured to stress grade F14, each panel stood as a testament to the fusion of aesthetics and functionality.

This harmonious blend of materials and design showcased our dedication to meeting the requirements outlined in accordance with department of transport and main roads(mainroads) DTMR Queensland- Technical specifications for noise barriers and also ensure authenticity of the landscape without compromising the noise reduction.
