Get Noise Control
Deep Creek Estate at Clifton
In collaboration with Kenfrost Homes, we undertook a pivotal role in curating an acoustic masterpiece for the Deep Creek Estate. The challenge at hand was to create an oasis of tranquillity amidst the bustling presence of the adjacent Captain Cook Highway..

Project scope
Rising to 2.5 meters, the timber acoustic fence was strategically installed atop an existing 2-meter-high earth mound. This dual-layered defense against noise pollution served as both a visual and auditory shield for Deep Creek Estate residents. A total of 510 panels, comprised of 27mm thick NiuBarrier CC F14 AS/NZS 2269 – H4 ACQ Veneer plywood panels sourced from Papua New Guinea, were meticulously employed to ensure the effectiveness of the barrier in minimizing noise disturbances for the residents of the estate.
Outcome:
An acoustic barrier that not only reduced noise pollution but also created a haven within the thriving community.
